Small Group Math Tutoring/ Class

with Ms. Lisa

Each section of this class is capped at 4 students.

Open to Math 7, Honors Pre-algebra + Math 8, or Algebra students
Student may drop into our small group session 7 times a semester for a 75 minute tutoring session. They’ll need to sign up a day in advance to make certain we have no more than 4 students at that session.
We work on whatever math concept the students want help with that day! Students can get help doing their homework, studying for tests, take practice tests, try new but similar problems, or play games that help them conceptualize difficult concepts.
Some students like to do the hardest part of their homework in these study sessions or take a practice test with Ms. Lisa’s help.
Students meet with Ms. Lisa in a small group of no more than three to four students.

Students should bring their homework and the calculator they typically use for their math work

Day & Time: We need to see how many students want to participate so I know how many sessions to offer. Possible times include:
